Prohibited and Excluded Items

• Illegal goods, weapons, ammunition, explosives or fireworks
• Fuels, compressed gases, flammable, toxic, infectious, radioactive or corrosive substances
• Leaking items, live animals, human remains or anything prohibited by law, an airline, airport or transport partner
• Unsafe, inadequately packed or incorrectly declared items

Unless expressly accepted in writing, do not pack cash, jewellery, precious metals, negotiable instruments, passports, original documents, keys, medicines, fragile items, perishable food, electronics or other high-value, essential or irreplaceable property.

BagSwift may verify weight or dimensions, request a contents declaration, inspect the baggage exterior and refuse a bag where safety, legality, packaging, declaration or operational requirements are not met. Airline, airport, security, courier and transport restrictions may also apply.
